Thank you for this. I had a similar experience with my HP laptop within 6 months of me having it. I bought it directly from HP and had to send it back to get it fixed. The hard-drive failed. Now I am in the market of buying a new desktop system and I am trying to decide between iMac or HP. After watching this I think I'll get an iMac.
