A lot of songs about depression focus on the quiet sadness of it, but this capture the pure, seething rage of feeling broken beyond repair

Holy shit that was perfect. The blend of everything they put in here was such a unique mix but god damn did they ever ace it and exceed expectations

Most people think of depression as the deep sadness. They dont realize that there is a underlying rage about being helpless and feeling that nothing will every get better. This song exemplifies that rage.

The things this man does with his voice gives me goose bumps every time

The range of this dude's vocals....... The rap, switched to rock, and metal seamlessly.... the lyrics..... dude musicians need to start exploring their skill more like this! INSANE!

Can't deny he seems to be in his element. For what he's going for, he seems to have nailed it.

This is one hell of a catchy chorus

that scream he did was fabulous, the way he went from softly singing to screaming was absolutely amazing

This awesome but haunting song is a reminder to take care of your mental health. This song talks about a side of depression that isn't discussed enough IMO.

“Every second I get closer to the grave and I’m terrified” hits hard man

I feel like this song is a physical embodiment of how it feels to live with depression. At first you just talk about it. You try to express yourself with words only the people that are supposed to help you just tell you it’s a phase or you’re just going through a dark patch and it’ll be over soon. Then you start getting aggravated because it DOESNT stop. It keeps growing and growing and getting stronger and you are just completely drowning so you get a little louder, only no one around you helps. Everyone gives you the whole “god has a plan, he has a plan” and you can’t live with the fact that he could do this to you. Then you just snap. You break, you scream, you become the monster you believed you were the whole time, the one thing you were petrified of becoming and completely lose your shit (expressed by the physical change into the monster) and basically black out. When you come to, everything is ruined and you have no idea what you’ve just done and are horrified with yourself.

The rawness of this song saved my fucking life after a failed suicide attempt and kept me from retrying.. There aren’t a lot of songs that speak to this level of depression. I even used this song to help me explain to my therapist what I didn’t know how to do. I’m grateful for it.
