God I love the look of this stick. Thinking about getting one for myself.

I was really looking forward to the Alpha.. For months. I finally got mine, played with it for a while... And put it on the shelf. I really do not like Virpil's switches. The hats feel really mushy as compared to my TM Warthog and F/A-18 sticks' controls, whose "clicks" are more, well, refined for lack of a better word. Likewise for the two-stage trigger. Also, I just really prefer the "heft" of the TM grips, which have some metal in them.

Love the stick and plan to get one. Also this was uploaded on my my birthday April 17th.

How did you get s pair of these? Been trying for weeks. Always out of stock. The restock schedule is BS. Not until September will they restock. Here is the best part no grips or bases are on that list.

Its a huge investment that i am considering myself so i would love if you could answer some questions :D How is the feel of the Alphas out of the box? I know Virpil sell some CosmoSim Cams, maybe u dont need em with the Alpha? The chair mounts you have, is that from Monstertech? You can still use mouse and keyboard with them mounted? I was considering desk mounts
