I was the Executive Pastry Chef at Santé Restaurant in Los Angeles where I was famous for my vegan, sugar, oil, salt and gluten free desserts which use the fruit, the whole fruit and nothing but the whole fruit. I broadcast CHEF AJ LIVE! daily for over 4 years. I am the creator of the Ultimate Weight Loss Program and am proud to say that my IQ is higher than her cholesterol. In 2018 I was inducted into the Vegetarian Hall of Fame.

I started eating the 2 pounds of green a day last week. I also added 1/2 of brown rice with each serving of my greens, I lost 4 pounds last week. I was full and not hungry. Thanks Chef AJ

I've read all the books, and I've attended a great deal of programs (even True North) and all I have to say is that you've made the biggest impact on my life. You are a true inspiration. I have about 150 pounds to lose and I lost 7 of those this week by eating red lentil chili, rainbow fiesta rice, and vegetables for breakfast. We like kale and mushrooms over a bit of polenta for breakfast. I have so much energy to ride my bike. Love and Kale to you, Chef AJ :)

Do I have to have a lot of variety when I am just starting or can I pick some simple things to make over and over and just prep the same thing for week after week until I get over cravings and adjust? And can I do starchy veg and no whole grains or do I HAVE to have whole grains?

At 3:30 I'd put butter salt and pepper on them for flavour but I may not lose weight doing that so how do you flavour your cooked veggies to lose weight?
