well i came from morocco to the USA for studying and i was surprised by how quickly the milk spoil here, and then i also realized that there is no uht milk here, only the usda organic one which can stay good for a little longer.

the milk you saw outside the fridge is called Ultra-high-temperature processing milk ,UHT milk packaged in a sterile container, if not opened, has a typical unrefrigerated shelf life of six to nine months i'm surprised that you didn't saw the normal milk in the fridge that you can find in any grocery in morocco

Eggs historically on farms were never refrigerated. Also, sailors have known for centuries that eggs can be stored at room temperature as they used to carry them on sailing trips. Also have you heard of the trick about dropping an egg in water to determine if it is good? Haha..

All food in Morocco is organic, fresh and not mass produced like here in USA

In Morocco (as in most other countries), non sterilized milk stays in fridge, while sterilized, airtight sealed (UHT) milk stays outside, because it simply does not need to be refrigerated.

I come from France and it's exactly like Morocco, milk, eggs are not in the fridge in the grocery store, they put it in the fridge just when they open the bottle as we do here

The dairy like milk and eggs are stored the same way in Mexico. Not a surprise other countries do the same.
