Alot of flaws! Here are some real issues.

Right so instead of just plain saying it's bad give real feedback. What you need to do is use the recording system less and practice animations yourself it's helpful but using mainly pre-made animations does not look good cinematic-ally but fits with gameplay. Same can go with lip sync I know i'm not the best at it either but it's good to learn these skills before trying to go against the odds
