Hey there! Great vid and great info. I'm the person that made the Pet Taming Guide on the 76 subreddit - those of us that love taming are a passionate bunch! You CAN have a different pet at each camp if you're fast! Thanks for putting more eyes on this AWESOME part of the game!

I have had CAMP pets. This is the most comprehensive guide on the subject I have yet seen. I replaced a Yao Guai with a Mirelurk King at my CAMP, and they were together long enough for me to get a picture of them together.

Been trying so hard the last couple days to get the deathclaw to spawn but with no success. Fortunately I found a level 100 hulking megasloth just for the time being until I get the deathclaw. But thankfully through much deliberation and server hops I finally got a tame-able death claw, thanks to you Naked! Much appreciation and love to you and Bethy. Also if anyone is wondering I’m on console ( Xbox ) and I’ve had the most success with location 3 than any other. The cool thing is if you have fallout 1st you can just put you survival tent a little ways away from the spawning point that way you can server hop quickly. Last thing to as he mentions it will take at least 30 minutes for the pet to come to your base and you may need to server hop after 30 minutes and your pet will spawn in. That’s what worked for me and also make sure your camp machine is in an area where the creature can walk around, this will reduce the chance of the pet from de spawning. Hope this helps someone!

Seriously man thank you. Everybody else i watched didnt explain that the wasteland whisperer is a dud. I leveled that one and have 1 in animal friend because i thought the deathclaw wasnt an animal. So you cleared this up to the seven others that didnt do shit besides say you walk up and hit a or e.

the best way to farm it is go to a lake in the mire (right corner of the map) and if you have a survival tent place it there and keep server hopping until you find what animal you want

After getting endlessly bodied by trash-encounters (See: self-destruct Mr. Handy, Nanny storytime, random corpses, random enemy patrols, a god-damn ogua) I finally managed to get my first tamable north of The Thorn: a Deathclaw.
