hi, after i copy file dsound.dll in game directory, gta crashes with err_gen_zlib_2, without this file replaces dont work, and i dont add scripthook in game directory, how can i fix this?

I don’t want to install third-party modifications using OpenIV, but I just want to change the handling on a car that is not in the story mod, but which is already in GTA Online, will I be banned for this?
