Thank you for bringing this to the attention of the Australian People .I had not heard of this and it is beyond my understanding how this CRUELTY was allowed to happen .Another dark chapter in Australia's history.It is no wonder the Australian Government kept this secret and out of the Public Eyes. Peat Island ,Public were banned from going on there . turn off just over the bridge at the Ambo station just past the boat ramp . This was known way back when we were children it was no secret . Your a good soul for speaking out .

A national disgrace

Wow wow wow! This left me in tears!! And every time you started choking up i just cried harder! This one is going to sit with me for quite some time; thinking of those innocent children. What monsters there are in the world; it baffles me. Thank you for sharing this true story with us.

I used to live in Gosford and weekly drove past Peat Island.I had never heard about this.Well done for investigating this.Why do humans ,in power,drop to their lowest level of humanity and behave like savages.So sad.This beautiful little place could be a paradise.Life is short.Why not leave a legacy of good and love,rather than evil and hatred.Mankind does not seem to be progressing,but returning to the dark ages.
