The fact these guys had over 100 million minor victims and dozens of real major victims. Called in a fake bomb threat on a plane. Costed companies 10s of millions of dollars, caused 10s of millions of dollars of resources in investigative fees and the most any of them saw were a couple of months blows my mind.
