Kudos to Your Son for picking up duck eggs. I prefer duck eggs over chicken eggs. It’s my understanding that they are better for baking breads and pastries. I use them in omelettes, hard boiled and in fruit blends - (liquados). Having 2 Muscovy hens helps quite a lot. A lot of work but they are fun and their eggs are organic and IMO are Absolutely delicious

I wasn’t too keen on duck eggs when I tried them twice fried, however I then tried duck eggs scrambled, and they’re now my favourite, they make a lovely creamy scrambled egg

I eat duck and chicken eggs regularly. I'm with you, if i could have the yolk from the duck egg and the white from the chicken egg it would be perfect lol. still duck ftw imo though. next time you make an omelette try using duck eggs.

Very interesting. I've heard duck eggs taste very good. And those who are allergic to chicken eggs can eat duck eggs without an issue. That's amazing to me. But they are two different animals...lol. Even though the duck eggs have so much more fat, I imagine it is a good fat and one the body needs. Thanks for an interesting vid.

Awesome taste test and review. Amazing how fast the duck egg cooked and great description of the taste. I've never had a duck egg either.
