To all the trolls for whom it may concern, here's my opinion on "cameragate":
Goodell sent a memo to the league in 2006 to stop filming during games from sideline to sideline. It is reasonable to suspect that this was done in reaction to multiple teams violating this rule and not just the patriots. Bear in mind that this was 2 seasons after the pats had won their 3rd superbowl.
Former NFL head coaches Jimmy Johnson and Bill Cowher admitted that they frequently stole signals and claimed it was a common occurrence around the league. The only current or former head coach who has condemned the pats for stealing signals is Don Shula. But keep in mind that Shula has a personal grudge against new england since the snowplow game in 1982. Shula also later retracted his inflammatory remarks (http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/news/story?id=3099870)
