My cameraman (Thunderjack) is also my best friend in real life, and he often challenges me to make the world's most amazing dishes, all while we're throwing (verbal) rocks at each other! The beer and laughter also flows here, because what better to match up with great food, right?

Bro!! Banh Mi is my all time favorite sandwich!! It has everything you could want in a Sandwich....salty, sweet, crunchy, umami. We have a shop here in my town that is pretty good, but Im sure no where as authentic as the one you showed us! Im so hungry now! That layered dessert thingy looked interesting!

The bread and meat look good, but the vegetables not so much. I don't do spicy; I don't do pickled. But the presentation is nice, and I like the rubber band, nice touch to keep it together.
