제가 불면증과 이명에 많이 시달려서 유튜브 비소리를 들으면서 푹 잠을 잘수 있었고
지금도 매일 비소리를 들으며 잠을 잡니다.
그래서 이 비소리(ASMR)가 이명에도 효과가 있다고 생각(제경험)이 들어 만들어 가는 채널입니다.
또한 제가 경험한 좋은 생활 정보와 AI가 만든 듣기 좋은 음악이 있으면 같이 올리겠읍니다.
찾아주신 유친님들 모두 건강하시고 행복한 삶을 누리시면 좋겠습니다.
I suffered from insomnia and tinnitus a lot, so I was able to sleep well while listening to YouTube's rain sounds,
and I still sleep while listening to rain sounds every day.
So I created this channel because I think (from my experience) that rain sounds (ASMR) are effective for tinnitus.
I will also upload good lifestyle information that I have experienced and good music made by AI.
I hope all of you who have visited me will live healthy and happy lives.
