My father used to work for a graphic design subsidiary of Aflac called Communicorp, and he did some 3D modeling. He's convinced that a majority of this is real life footage, and I can not change his mind!!

this is one of the engines that will be used on the ps4. crysis 3 i doubt will barely scratch the surface of cryengine 3's softbody physics. Also be excited for the new unreal engine.

Remember back in the day when we looked at Crysis 1 and said "oooh, look at that dynamic water, ooooh." They've certainly stepped themselves up on the graphics scale.

Agreed. :) I like the new Crysis, it's like a mix of 1 & 2. The MP is fun. But I do miss features like Power Struggle, Parachutes, and flying the VTOL from Crysis 1... lol

What are you talking about? There are no upgrades needed, the engine is working perfectly fine as it is. The level designer who made the map put a looping sound effect with a pretty large radius in the map. That's why you heart it everywhere in the map, it was his design choice and has nothing to do with the engine.

I got a MainGear SHIFT with 24GB of RAM, Intel Core i7, Sapphire HD R7970 and two NVIDIA GTX 680s. This game works amazingly on maximum graphical settings and looks amazing. I honestly think that the Crytech engine shouldn't have any of that HUD stuff in the way of your view though, or show as little of it as possible.

this is amazing. now imagine this but as skyrim. the rocket as fireball spell instead. increase blast values for a bigger explosion for each level of fireball you have learned, summon a tornado?
