These are definitely the hardest to farm the drop rate is ridiculous

If you are farming with around 90 Luck use the Anri Straight Sword, it scales with Luck, Dex, and Str. At +5 it has 497 AR with stats at 30/60/90 Str Dex Luck. The skeletons are weak to Blessed Weapons so using the blessed weapon buff brings you up to 534. I can kill the Carthus Skelly guys with 3 R1 attacks on NG+2 easily. In NG just use the Demon Great Ax WA with the fire clutch ring equipped to 1 shot both skelly bois, easy farm, trash drop rates. Least I don't need any more sharp gems ever. Good luck

This one for me was the hardest, other covenant items dropped much more sooner than these. The wiki says that with 100 item discovery it shows a drop rate of 0.8% and that proofs and medals where a solid 1% god it never made me realize how much a 0.2% difference can make :/

It took me about 5 months to farm all the f*cking Proofs of Concord, and from what I've read, these ones are even worse :(

Honestly i find that i get rare drops like covenant items with less item discovery

these are harder to farm than the Proof of a Concord Kept. my item discovery is at 599 (using a Rusted Coin each time, with Luck maxed out and wearing all the item discovery boost gear). still took like an hour for ONE of these to drop.
