Good for you doing such a major upgrade all at once. Most people do exhaust an a tune then work their way up to upgrading turbos etc. But you went full on in one step... awesome haha. I bet that was shocking the first time you took it out once it was all back together. Great car and build. Congrats!

Love your attention to detail, if you don't mind me asking, what did you pay for yours and when did you buy it? How many miles? How is the tiptoe of transmission? For some reason I feel like the Tiptronic would be better in the 996 turbo for a Los Angeles city cruiser and coastal cruiser etc. long time manual owner, love the car!

did you have to do anything to ECU of car after all this mod?

I have a question. With this setup were you able to run the Cobb Stg2 93oct map with no additional changes? Or did you use that calibration as a basis and get it retuned for the bigger K16s?
