13:22 For those who are still wondering what happend: That crunchy stuff is most likely carbon. Their Nutella-mineral oil mix probably got super hot and thermolysed a little, which caused carbon to build up.

It's the sugar. Nutella is over 50% sugar by weight. The friction created heat which cooked the sugar. You've successfully caramelised an engine.
