Eleanor Dulay is an entrepreneur who worked in a Network Marketing company, Victory Global Unlimited Systems Inc. During her entrepreneurial years she was encouraged by her mom to try working in the Barangay as Barangay Secretary. Although hesitant because she is not an employee mindset, she tried to give chance to her mom's advice. Last 2013 during the peak of her marketing career, she was appointed as Barangay Secretary of Andres Bonifacio Caguioa Rimando (ABCR) Barangay, Baguio City, Philippines. She served 7 years as Barangay Secretary of former Barangay Chairman Rodolfo P. Benitez and the newly elected Barangay Chairman George B. De Vera until March 2020 she was newly appointed Barangay Treasurer. Even though she is busy with paper works, her heart as entrepreneur never stops and still share entrepreneurship to others. Her career in entrepreneurship never stops until she met the company of International Marketing Group where she happily served as Financial literacy campaigner
