This is a good thing, we knew they weren’t going to rule in our favor, we needed them to rule against us to go to the Supreme Court. They were trying to delay as long as possible and when they finally got the confidence they could rule against us they did. Now we go to the Supreme Court because that is the only way we get these laws overturned.

um... lower courts are filled with judges appointed by numerous different administrations and both parties. In both cases, they are interpreting the law based on their lives, beliefs, and experiences. Saying it's anything other than that is just gaslighting.
