My obsession for cakes starts when I was young when my family can’t afford to buy during our birthday celebrations. I had my first cake ever when i turned 18. A chiffon cake with number 18 cake topper from a friend who turned 18 a week before my birthday😂
It was Dec 16, 2008 when I made my first fondant cake. My birthday

My greatest influences are Edna dela Cruz, Nigella Lawson, Martha Stewart, Buddy of Cake Boss. The group that inspire me Cakecentral.com and CABNP group in facebook, with Chef Emily Peralta, the kindest person I know. Thank you all for the inspiration. I am far from being perfect and still has a lot of things to learn in the cake world but I will do my best to give my all in every celebration cakes you entrusted to me
