I don't know ASL, but I think I get the plot: we're eating lunch, and then you murder me with an axe. After committing the grisly murder, you call for help to cover your tracks. The doctor comes, and says I'm actually perfectly fine, which makes no sense even to you. Finally, you make a magical incantation to bring me back to life. It all turned out ok in the end.
