Only recently did I realize that both Sonic and Sora have a very similar vibe in terms of personality:

I don't know if it was intentional or just incredibly lucky but "Now here we go, it's the end of the show" synching up perfectly with Sora offering the Keyblade to Riku as they fire the final shot is some of the best editing I've seen in a LONG, LONG time.

This fight was the culmination of Sora and Riku’s journeys to this point it’s so cool you get to fight with Riku on your team in the last battle of the game
