My name is Mirah, a single mom of three grown up girls and a hemo dialysis patient for more than three years now due to kidney failure. I made this channel to inspire people who are dealing with all kind of diseases (not only ESRD). We should not allow our disease to beat us. It's just a disease not a life sentence. Keep on moving forward. Don't let sickness stop us from doing things we love to do.
I'm not a chef but I love to cook and everyday I'm learning new things as far as cooking is concerned. Cooking made me busy and made me forgot that I have sickness. All of my recipes are my own style and my own version. I may not a good cook but every time I cook, I cook it with all my heart.
