I believe they're using these characters to spread awareness on Sexual Assault in men, as if it's a man that's being assaulted; not as many people talk about it. People don't usually pay attention to something unless it's fun; has catchy music, bright colors, and likeable characters.

I noticed over time blue loses his mouth. like at the end of sleep w me, and all of I wanna see you on the floor, also give me what I want. It's just a small detail.
