Controllers stacking with virtual stock on is the best way to go with. U can aim really quick and precise with that. Physical stock is kinda clumsy while free handing is shaky and unpredictable. With controllers stacking technique I can aim even better than using a mouse. Sounds crazy but yes, I think vr is the master race now.

this is crazy to me, im wrecking people on VR shooters whereas I get wrecked playing with mouse and keys or controller. VR has taught me one thing: 90% of people have never held even a BB gun or know how to aim one. Heres my tip to people: go buy a cheap BB gun and practice with it and learn how aiming in real life works

As a fifty something casual player, I see why I will never be competitive, lol.. but those were super helpful tips and fun seeing how a top player has mastered the art!
