Im in the middle of making a drift trike, and im making a mini gooseneck hitch for it to hook onto, your pull behind mower setup is genius and i hope more people check it out, anytime someone asks me where i got my idea i always say you, ty for being creative!
MJADoingStuff (47 minutes ago)
That is cool Logan the only thing better would be 4 push mowers behind a 4 wheeler
REVNUMANEWBERN (51 minutes ago)
I pull mine with a Honda 300 4 wheeler with no issues, BUT I understand where you are coming from, I haven't really paid attention to it since I've found the sweet spot but I think I cut in 2nd gear or 3rd gear with no issues
REVNUMANEWBERN (2 hour ago)
I did similar, used a 60" Swisher pull behind, STRIPPED the deck completely down, all items welded & bolted to the deck, THEN mounted 3 5.5hp Predator engines, this was winter before last, the unit works flawlesly,, last winter I built another but made some changes, welded the side discharge up, then cut out the rear since MOST of the time I cut is EARLY morning when the field is wet & damp, my NEXT revision will be my new design deck which is the top ONLY, all sides will be open for easy & quick discharge , with my new design I will NO longer use the hanging from the frame design, BTW, there is NO need for the staggering
