Depp was one of my favorite actors for most of my life. Now I feel sick looking at him. He is an aggressive drunk, and whatever Heard is, doesn't change this.

The redemption of Amber Heard is going to take time. JD and his minions did a lot of damage to her reputation both inside and outside of court - long before the trial began! This poor woman has still a lot of hate directed against by her exhusband's vicious fans. The Rightwing Media hate her too.

Excellent summary. The case is an example of how most people form their opinions through herd mentality. In the near future, people would look back at the op-ed and be perplexed that Heard had to suffer such litigation abuse from a vague, objectively true piece that mentioned nobody's name.

How does a victim of horrible abuse require redemption? Why do women caught in abusive situations, and Johnny Depp is, in fact, the abuser, constantly have to prove themselves, while the male abusers get to keep working in their career as if they aren't actual monsters. That just boggles my bloody mind.

Fucking love Amber heard with my whole heart. I do not feel the same way about any celebrity but I wish this woman nothing but healing and peace. Watching what she went though made my heart break. Depps life will be hollow only because of the person he is. Surrounded by yes men and adored by fans he has no respect for. He's not a serious person.
