Description
Because liking things is more fun than not liking things.
Sometimes the critics are wrong. Some movies, while full of plot holes, continuity errors, and bad acting have plenty of wins! Every week I’ll do a movie you love, that maybe the world hates. Did you go into a movie with your mind made up? Maybe there's more greatness in it than you thought! And some movies are just so good they deserve the winning treatment.
The internet is full of so much hate and negativity, ultimately I hope my videos will brighten your day!
I use a similar format as CinemaSins specifically to be their opposite. This is just my spin on films that I think don't get the respect they deserve or are so good they need to be celebrated. Or more often, stupid crap that made me laugh and want to watch it again.

you missed one thing that Spider Pig has the most realistic line in the movie "miles....the hardest part about this job is you cant save everyone"

One of the funnier moments was Gwen faking Gwanda as an African name and then realizing she's talking to an African American kid and switching to South African and her expression is priceless

Imagine getting hit by a bagel, getting a win from CinemaWins for getting hit my a bagel, becoming a black hole guy, becoming powerful as hell, and getting ignored.

An honourable mention I’d like to add: Spider-Man B goes the first half of the movie depressed enough that he’s willing to die numerous times, and it’s not until toward the end of the movie he starts thinking he’s not just expendable. This subtle nod to mental health and self worth was really a nice touch. Even a stone in a river can get worn down over time, but with fellow stones beside you, it’s not so bad :)

Personally a huge thing for me is Noir having the worst origin story (huge nightmares about spider totems, uncle Ben being cannibalized, the Great Depression, etc) but acknowledging that Miles’ still is hardcore as well

Also, when Miles says "Why are all my thoughts so loud" one of his thoughts shows Gwens slippers. The spider sense alerting him to the presence of another spider man before he even knows it

Another thing is that when Miles is first learning to be spider man, he's animated at half the frames during action sequences so he looks choppy and not as clean as the other spider people

You mentioned Penni's anime expressions and movements, but did you notice her lips don't sinc with her dialog? So as an anime character, she's dubbed, not subbed.

Best scene: scientist screams ‘he took a bagel!’

in my opinion, the funniest part about this movie was the first spider-man's christmas album. i think the names of the songs are hilarious

One tiny detail that I love about the Leap of Faith scene is that earlier Miles says he's better at running than at swinging in webs. Later, when he crosses the city to get in the collider we see that he does a lot more of free running/parkour than any of the spiders, almost like the Prowler if he had webshooters. Just amazing

You missed the EPIC WIN when Aunt May gives Miles the webshooters and says, "they fit perfectly" which is a direct callback to when Stan Lee says, "It always fits... eventually" when giving him the suit!

You didn't mention Noir going from not knowing what color the Rubik's cube was to saying "I don't understand it, but I will" to having it totally solved the last time we see him.

A cool detail I loved as an anime fan is that Peni's lips don't always match up with what she's saying. Just like how anime with English dubs never completely line up as well.
