Fat shaming? Erm he didn't go yelling about it to the internet Blake, he sought medical advice and put his health first, spinal injuries are no joke. The fact that she played victim instead of seeing his justified reason behind the inquiry says everything about her.

She also weaponized her privilege to hijack Justin's creative project, turn the cast and author against him and ensure her control of the next adaptation. Blake doesn't actually believe any of what she's accusing him of. It's all a PR spin reaction to her backlash. It's sad she would try to undermine his career for some PR spin.

Blake isn't too intelligent. If the guy is worried about his back, he's worried about getting AND dropping you, Blake!!! And depending on the lift itself (was it Lion King or Dirty Dancing??), you should WANT him to be and feel confident about lifting you.
She got into acting because she is good looking and rich. It never occured to her that she needs to have talent and do any hard work. And it's not entirely her fault, she keeps getting roles even though she is not a particularly good actor. I blame Hollywood's obsessive need for PR and viral marketing which tends to favor the celebrity movie stars instead of character actors.

Taylor is not very different from Blake, she just masks it a lot better.
greenfox42 (47 minutes ago)
2:23 Blake also said that AFTER Ryan’s ex, Scarlet Johansson called out the creepy marvel costume questions she was receiving. Literal jealousy move imo

How do you think Justin would feel that he as a guy is expected to be automatically muscular and can carry anyone or anything? While also having a back condition.
robinronin (2 hour ago)
Men expressing their emotions and issues in a healthy way is literally such an important thing in feminism. Justin expressing that he has back issues and that he needs to protect himself from injury, rather than just “manning up” and pushing through the pain, is a very healthy way of dealing with his issue. Idk how Blake thought she could spin that in her favor

You’re the first person I’ve heard say that the cast unfollowing Justin could very well be a case of following the “mean girl” for self preservation. Thank you for that! I’ve been thinking this the whole time, considering Blake’s seemingly career-long, holier-than-thou attitude, but also very real power, as you also mention she and her husband being a machine, which we all know is how it works in Hollywood. It’s how awful people get to thrive in a business that should be based on merit, and in which essentially the lay people contribute to their lifestyles but don’t get treated as if we do.
Her acting was weird in this movie. The climactic scene where she asks him how he’d feel if his daughter were being abused was so odd: she’s smiling at him the whole time , there’s no emotional gravitas to what she’s saying.
kimmywimmy7305 (12 hours ago)
She’s not a very dynamic actress. She’s fine, but I think she thinks she’s more special than she actually is. Likely deep down she knows she’s not that great and that’s why the mean girl personality.

Since she mocked a person with cancer… I’m done with her, never again. Just evil…

The fact that she took his back problems twisted them and made herself a victim truly disgusts me.What do you want him to do?Break his back to save your sensebilities? To hell with that. These women need to be shamed to moon and back.I was myself very heavy once and now I am very skinny (got from one end of an eating disorder to the other) and I am very sensitive about my weight but I would never treat another person like that.I would rather strap rope to my back and get lifted in the air by a crane than risk him getting hurt.

I was gonna say about the kissing allegation, I thought that maybe he was leaning in longer for coverage since he had to pull double duty as lead and director. Plus I don’t think it was suspicious that he hired a crisis team when you are stuck doing interviews solo. Also as a creative in charge of something that he purchased the rights to, with Blake as producer, it’s clear to me that she wanted to emphasize on the romance (that’s why she’s so proud of the scene Ryan wrote) and I think that Justin wanted to emphasize on the drama and core issue of the book and I can see how in the reports where he seemed controlling comes in because he was fighting for his vision of the movie over someone who is the face of the movie. She is the clout.

Also Narcissists are hypersensitive because it gives them license to play the victim in every situation. Blake was going to be the center of attention one way or another
quincyraven15 (6 hours ago)
Mean girls “weaponizing faux feminism” is spot on. Mean people like Blake will look for opportunities to not only be a victim but get praise for being progressive. The thing that rubs me the wrong way about the kissing too long accusation is from everything else we have seen Blake was clearly trying to ice Baldoni out of the movie so he will back off of the sequel so it’s very suspicious to then make an accusation that is impossible for him to disprove. As you mentioned general people don’t know the acting world and how there are intimacy coordinators etc so they may hear this and think it is similar to sexual assault. That’s what I thought when I first heard about it with no context.
