I put higher re-bar in the block holes and placed planter containers with bottom holes on the rebar. Used those for herbs and/or flowers. Worked out great!

These are what I'm going to get , making, 4, 4x8 x 11/2 ft high. Been waiting n try to plan . When I seen them I was so happy. The cost of filling it is what scares me. I cant wait.
