LOC is for high porosity hair. Low porosity hair is LCO method. And low porosity hair doesn’t need protein treatments often. And also low porosity hair needs to be shampoo at least once a week or every two weeks because of product buildup more.

Get silk pillowcases for part of your skin beauty routine. You may not like it for your hair, but for your skin it works wonders. Moisture will be sucked out of your skin using a cotton pillowcase.
