Scramble the egg lightly & add a pi nch of salt & then freeze. That way the yolk is not rubbery. Enjoy & thank the LORD

Pam if you fill your sink full of water and sink your plastic bag just above the eggs and it will push all the air out and it is vacuum sealed, it’s a great tip..

I was wondering if the paper muffin cups would come off easy. Thanks for being so thorough that you showed us. Now I will use my metal muffin pans for freezing eggs!
