As someone with poor credit carvana was kind enough to approve me for a car dealerships scoffed at me but carvana took a chance. 10/10 company

I’m watching a lot of Carvana reviews and I’m almost convinced that their 150 point inspection is bull, I’m not expecting perfection from a used vehicle I’m not picky over scratches or a lil debris but major things like transmission issues should have be found if they really did do the inspection

My daughter bought a car from Carvana and it is perfect. She took it to a mechanic on my suggestion to make sure it was in good shape, the mechanic was impressed with how good of shape it is in.

Hey man they showed up and made an effort, I honestly can’t say I’ve ever really had a good experience at any car lot either, buying a used car just isn’t all that much fun no matter where you buy it… most car dealers are expert at hiding problems from customers… So it’s nice they give you a warranty and a return policy, that’s something you don’t get buying off most local lots… If you want a car that’s got zero issues then buy new, that’s why they are able to sell new cars for twice the price… New ones also have issues, especially with all the technology they have in them these days…

Carvana also sent me a car that needed a brake job. Selling someone a car with bad brakes shows a careless disregard for the safety of a fellow human being. It is not a gregarious act. It is a merciless, callous act. They put the value of the brakes of the car over the value of my safety. That's real messed up.

I work for a Chrysler and Hyundai dealer in Southern Indiana and I’ve heard very mixed things about Carvana. On one hand if you don’t have the best Credit they are good about getting someone approved but you’ll be paying a high interest rate (I’ve heard as much as 20%) but they will get you something nice and not to bad monthly. And I’ve heard stuff like cars have came looking like they drove through a barb wire field. And that they are very robotic in the way they answer things, but I personally haven’t bought through them so I don’t know for sure. Cool concept but I can see how problems like these would arise all the time with it being a delivery service

As former Employee, I used do that delivery job. Its pain in ass when detailing is half ass. I totally recommend anyone buying any vehicle to take it dealer or reputable mechanic for PPI post purchase Inspection, They barely inspect or have time to do so.

Unfortunately with carvana if someone is having problems with a vehicle they will come buy your vehicle and then it’s not your problem anymore but then if you go to purchase a vehicle you don’t know what you are buying.

Just bought a F150 for my Son yesterday, going to pick it up Saturday.

I Heard and read a article that people are not getting titles for the vehicles so if you buy one from them Make sure you get the title before you pay them....
