Would I be able to bypass the wireless receiver of this fan, and wire it directly to the electrical wires? My electrical outlet has a dedicated switch for the light, and a dedicated switch for the fan.

How do i replace the battery on the remote? I opened it and now i cant close the back cover with the magnet moving everything around
