For triplets if you want two girls and 1 boy then you eat two watermelons and 1 apple the other way about I think it's two apples and 1 watermelon.

If u eat grapes and dance to kids music u get twin GIRLS that's what just happend to me

so I tried this for the twins and I had two girls

You can eat for watermelons to get a girl and four apples to get a boy

I know nobody will read this but there's this thing in the lifetime wish store and if you have like 10,000 wish points(I think)you can buy this thing with hmmm three baby things or something and it increase you're chances of having twins or triplets
