This was heartbreaking when Bart said that he wished Flanders was his father. I don’t blame him considering the neglect and abuse Homer does to him on a frequent basis.

Gotta be honest. I’m 100% with Homer on this one. The entire town besides Flanders tried to kill the family, including Maggie.

I mean, Homer wasn't wrong in this situation since because of what he did, he fears that if the Simpsons family (except for Grandpa) did come back to Springfield, then the whole town could do something worse to them, especially towards Homer.

Honestly, I actually think that Homer was right on this one.

Homer: We are staying in Alaska and never going back to America

To be fair, Homer's right. this wasn't the first time that the townspeople made them pariahs because of a misdeed. In the 500th episode, the townspeople even exiled them with the only one again by their side being Flanders. Marge even came to acknowledge that she missed their house, not the town or the people.

You can tell by the sound of his voice that he felt betrayed. Even though he dumped the pig poop in the lake, he was in a hurry because one of his friends said that the donut shop was giving away free donuts at a bad time! Anyways, what would you do if you felt betrayed by your friends?

1:17. Homer should’ve said, “Okay, Marge. I’m with you,” like she said to him before and if Homer doesn’t save Springfield, there will be no more beer , no more TV , and no more doughnuts .
