I think Andrew Johnson should be last. He Tried to erase Abraham Lincoln's accomplishments, supported slavery, didn't even try at all, got impeached, was racist, and probably the meanest president ever.

Interesting. Overall, one of the more pragmatic lists I have seen. I would only make a few changes to my own list.

All presidential rankings, like this one, will include William Henry Harrison, which I think is very unfair. The guy was only in office for only 30 days. That said, there would be no way to evaluate his performance in such a brief tenure. He should be exempted from these rankings.
