As someone who recently got interested in League and just started getting to know how to play this MOBA, I'm genuinely surprised how deep this iceberg goes.

His name was Keyz Digory and he created a custom lobby for Twisted Treeline, the lobby was always full so no one could join and it was up for over a month, but suddendly it disappeared. That's why it led many people in the forums to belive that he passed away while playing. Even Omega Squad Teemo has an interaction that mentions him (in LAN, at least).
