Kalokohan,No one forced him to wait,he could have gone the regular route of picking up passengers somewhere else but he chose the airport so he can do his scam on foreigners,tignan mo nagpapangap na mabait tuturuan daw ng tagalog,pero sumesegwey na para makalimutan yung meter,Wag na sana sya mag taxi kung ayaw nya sumunod sa batas,di pwede yung babaliin mo yung batas para sa sariling interes..

So talkative taxi driver. Grabe! nag-scam pa kay Ms. haley. I think isa yan sa reason bakit masama ng image ng mga taxi dito sa philippines. May meter naman dapat gamitin yun. Hindi yung mgcontrata sila ng preso na-gusto nila.
