Anything that fills you with high velocity broken glass is inherently terrifying. Even if this thing doesn't kill you the wound is going to be nearly impossible to deal with.

i'm surprised no one mentioned the fact that even if you miss with that slug the terrible fact that your going to also shoot countless shards of glass fly in there eyes at like 200+ mph. i would kill my self.
