This effects so many people, and I’ve seen it first hand. I don’t think there’s a way to correct it (per se) but for the people I know that came home suffering with PTSD... just being there, checking in on them, and being a supportive friend (truly) goes a long way. #HELP22VETERANS

PTSD is no joke. My husband suffers from it. I dont have all the answers and he still struggles sometimes and has panic attacks but it took a lot of patience, love and support meds and counseling to get him to be ok. A good support system was key for my husband. Thank you for doing this and raising awareness. #help22veterans
