I created this channel simply because I miss a lot of the food in our home town of Zamboanga. I miss my mom's cooking, my grand mother's cooking. I will try as much as I can to reproduce this cuisines base on memory. I would like to share my version of dishes that I came to love from my travels "daw". And local foods that I like here in Manila. I would also like to share baking ideas since we do custom cakes. I hope you guys get to enjoy watching me try to recreate local dishes as much as I like doing it. Muchicimas Gracias ey Vaya Con Dios!
