খুব ভাল লাগল রান্নাটি,আমার শাশুড়ীমা করতেন এই চাপর ঘন্ট, তোমার মত করেই করতেন,উনি আবার করলা দিতেন কিন্তু রাঙা আলু দিতেন না,আমি জানত রাঙা আলু খুব ভালো বাসি।তোমার মত করে করব।

আমরা চাপড় বড়ার মতো ভাজি না l পুরো ডাল বাটা কড়া বা প্যানে দোসা র মতো দিয়ে ভেজে নি। তারপরে রান্নার পদ্ধতি আপনার মতই ! আমি কাঁচ কলা ও দি!

আমার মা কে দেখেছি মা এই চাপের একসাথে তাওয়ার ওপর হাত দিয়ে পুরো ছড়িয়ে দিতেন । তারপর রান্নার শেষে হাতে ভেঙে টুকরো টুকরো করে চাপড়ের টুকরোগুলো সবজি তে মিশিয়ে দিতেন ।
