If the AC light doesn't come on, and the AC isn't working, could it be just because the fuse needs replacing? Rather than in need of gas etc

If the car doesn't have the AC gas this means that there is a leak. Adding new gas will not work forever. will leak again.

Can you please tell me if i have no gas in the system should the aircon pump still be able to turn on? I am trying to diagnose why my aircon pump clutch doesnt turn on/kick in. I know i dont have gas in the system but should that cause the pump to not kick in? Fuse is fine, switch works as it should green light is on. Just the pump doesnt kick on, bad pump? Just want to make sure before i fill it up and waste gas for nothing

I can’t seem to locate the pipes that you connected the gauge to on my 107. Does the location vary from car to car? I also don’t have the ac button you were pressing. Mine is a 2007 1.0 Litre petrol manual model if that makes a difference
