This might be my favorite song on the album. This, and maybe You Got a Steve in Me, which is just as good if not arguably better. Both songs are very heartfelt, and you can really feel the artist's passion for music in both of those. I really hope MMBBM gets mainstream recognition outside of just Up Down, because this band deserves a lot more attention for the effort they put into their work.

I think this is about anxiety, and the problems of self-esteem constantly switching from 'up' to 'down' in a way that's troubling and uncontrollable to the human mind. Really beautiful and brave song.
