The douche bottle comes in handy. Empty the contents out throughly wash the bottle. Qhen you shower feel it with warm water. To clean out your insides. NEVER USE THE ORIGINAL DOUCHE CONTENTS. ENPTY THEM OUT. This helps for after period brown blood. Just warm water.

Very Good Video!!! I’ve never used summers eve either. Besides there are so many natural products these days to use. You can also yoni steam after your cycle. Drinking water!!! . Definitely number 1. I only drink Spring Water.
