Vegeta will always be my favorite DBZ character. Not because of his voice, or his personality, or moves, or level of badassness. But because of the amazing changes he goes through over the series. His amount of character development and the way he settles down on earth is unbelievable. It's a prime example that any villain has the chance to make up for his or her mistakes that they have made in the past.
