The Amazing Race is a multi-Emmy Award-winning reality series hosted by Emmy Award-nominated host Phil Keoghan. This season, 12 teams will embark on a trek around the world. At every destination, each team must compete in a series of challenges, some mental and some physical, and only when the tasks are completed will they learn of their next location. Teams who are the farthest behind will gradually be eliminated as the contest progresses, with the first team to arrive at the final destination winning The Amazing Race and the $1 million prize.

I love seeing how even in a tough moment, they speak with each other with so much respect and love. Kim seems to know what Penn needs, letting him talk out his experience but also reaffirming that it'll be fine.

Oh Penn .. I so felt your pain. People with ADHD - when they let someone down or feel like they have let someone down they feel it so much more than neurotypical folks. Kim you are so supportive! You're exactly what Penn needed!

For folks who are single.. listen to this well. That's what you want. Someone who will lift you up and encourage you, as much as you will encourage them. That you are a team. And when one teammate is down, the other one can't kick them, or tell them to grow up, or ignore them and hope they'll get over it on their own.
