The honorable Judge Marilyn Milian presides over the multiple Emmy award winning “The People’s Court.” Milian continues to dispense justice and provide legal insight in the courtroom where justice and reality collide. “The People’s Court” has been delivering reality television to viewers for over three decades.
“The People’s Court,” produced by Ralph Edwards/Stu Billett Productions draws on ordinary people who have filed grievances in civil court and have opted to have their cases heard and mediated by Judge Milian. An experienced team of researchers continually canvass courts across the country in search of the most compelling, unique and thought-provoking cases. Running the gamut from disputes between neighbors and family members, to dissatisfied customers suing businesses, Milian’s decisions – based on current law – are final and binding.

This case is absolutely stunning! My jaw hit the floor when they said she was under the boyfriend’s bed. And the text messages? The father should lose his license and the mother needs to do jail time. She’s a danger to the public!

I am just finding this on YouTube. I am nauseated. I pray that this family has healed and found peace and serenity. This is the most passionate I have seen Judge ever. I could feel her compassion as a mother. I am hooked and will watch every episode I can from now on. She truly cares.

When I first saw the comments I was amazed at how many people were saying the father knew, but as I watched more, it became more and more alarming how cruel he is. There are several tells. Trying to focus more on him not wanting to lose his job vs. the parents pain of thinking the worst happened to their daughter. Easily tossing his wife under the bus and easily saying his wife has more heart than brain and her not even flinching from that. Him continuing to allow the daughter into his house knowing full well as a "counselor" that action would continue to cause a rift. Him then trying to say he's not going to go against a judges order when he knows damn well the judge didn't order the daughter into his house, the judge just said it wasn't illegal for her to visit. And most alarmingly, he was smiling as Judge M read those atrocious texts between the daughter and his son and he ONLY looked worried or contrite when she focused on him. I GENUINELY hope he lost his job and can't find employment dealing with children and kids.
